2. Hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit the pages, the web server processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure operation of the website. A data processing agreement is in place with STRATO.
3. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the form or by email, we process your details (name, email address and optionally company, phone, chosen plan, number of workstations and your message) to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set tracking cookies and does not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers. Your language choice and your cookie choice are stored only locally in your browser so the windows do not reappear; they are never sent to us. Should we use statistics services such as Google Analytics in future, they will only be loaded after you have expressly consented via the cookie notice (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Please contact us at the address above.
6. About the Horyzon software
The Horyzon software itself stores your customer data locally on your own devices or servers. We have no access to it.
